The Blackberry Storm 9500 Smartphone is the newest Quad-Band GSM device being offered by Research in Motion the makers of the popular Blackberry series of devices.  The unit features Tri-Band HSDPA 3G internet access for worldwide use, along with the Blackberry OS which offers top notch email capabilities via Blackberry email servers.

The Blackberry Storm also features an ultra fast 624mhz processor and 1GB of included internal storage which can be expanded thanks to the devices use of a MicroSDHC card slot.  The 192MB of RAM is also an improvement over past Blackberry devices, while the units Built-IN GPS receiver along with Assisted GPS (AGPS) works alongside Blackberry Maps for added navigation.

The Blackberry Storm also features SMS, MMS, Email and Instant Messaging support along with HTML internet browsing capabilities and WiFi 802.11 b/g data connectivity.

Throw in a 3.15MP camera with 2048 x 1536 pixels of resolution and Autofocus that can display on a 3.3 inch screen that outputs 65k colors and offers Touchscreen capabilities on a Blackberry device and its easy to see why there has been so much excitement surrounding the Blackberry Storm.
