The HTC P3470 resembles a more robust version of the HTC Touch, featuring the same sleek design the phone also features a Dpad for added navigation, and a powerful GPS receiver that can be used with popular mapping software such as TomTom Navigator. The unit for some reason still features a sluggish 200mhz processor, but it does benefit from 256mb Rom and 128mb Ram, a definate upgrade from the original HTC Touch. The devices 2 megapixel camera with Macro Focus isn't a bad offering either. Throw in Quad-Band GSM capabilities and you get a pretty nice package.

HTC P3470 Delivers Well

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful
I just got my new HTC P3470 and I love the thing, its a lightweight device and it feels pretty solid in the hand. One thing I don't like is the slow processor, it only has a 200mhz processor like the HTC Touch, which doesn't make sense to me anymore, why release such a nice unit with such a slow processor. I have used Google Maps on the P3470 GPS hardware and it works pretty well. The camera is good enough, it would have been better if they would have used the Tytn II's 3mp camera, that's my other phone, but I still like it.
