Motorola is set to introduce a vast variety of phones at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas this Thursday. Among the offering is the Motorola W233 Renew, the first in a line of "eco-Moto" devices. The Renew is Motorola's offering for the unofficial green theme of the 2009 CES, which offers a reduced energy cost and a casing made from recycle water bottles. The W233 Renew will be carried by T-Mobile and released in the first quarter. The price is as of yet undisclosed, but spokespeople have stated the price to be affordable.

Motorola will also be releasing their Tundra VA76r. The Tundra will be able to handle rain, extreme temperatures and drops. The electronics feature a double microphone system for increase clarity in calling. The phone will be carried by AT&T with a January release date. Motorola is also showing off their A3100 smart phone, a follow up to the Moto Q smart phone. Sadly, the Surf will only be released to Asian and Latin American markets, with no plans for a US launch. One could hope that Motorola would give US smart phone users what they have been wanting and make plans for a US release, but perhaps Motorola has other plans for the US smart phone market.
