Nokia 3608 And 8208 CDMA Devices Leaked On Internet |

Thursday, July 10th 2008 -- Nokia if rumors are to be believed will be releasing two of their newest devices the Nokia 3608 and the Nokia 8208 for CDMA networks. The 3608 will be offered as a closer to entry level device starting in the China market, while the 8208 offers more functionality including 3G internet speeds via the CDMA EVDO network.

The Nokia 3680 will feature CDMA access on the 800mhz and 1900mhz frequencies. The device will also feature Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP stereo bluetooth funcionality and support for SMS and MMS messaging. The unit is a clamsell designed device and will also feature a 1.3 mega pixel camera and a MicroSD expandable memory card slot. The device according to MobileBurn also features a ""Series 40 Nokia like UI" and talktimes up 3.5 hours with 11 days of standby time.
The Nokia 8208 on the other hand is a higher end device. The cell phone features a dual slider design that is reminiscent of the Nokia N95 and Nokia N96 options. The dual slider gives users access to the keypad and to dedicated music buttons. The unit will also ship with EVDO high speed internet access, and features a 2.2 inch QVGA screen. The Nokia 8208 will also feature Bluetooth 2.0 with Enhanced Data Rates (EDR) and a MicroSDHC card slot for expanding memory up to 8GB. The unit will also feature GPS capabilities, FM Radio functionality and SMS and MMS messaging capabilities. The unit will also feature an impressive 3 mega pixel camera. In terms of battery life the unit touts a slight edge over the Nokia 3680 offering 11 Days of Standby and 4 hours of talktime while also touting 20 hours of music playback on a single charge.
