Nokia Goes Twango

Nokia Inc. has purchased Multimedia sharing company Twango, bringing a new level of multimedia services and internet application to the cellular company

 

Mobile media content sharing and organizing was in the forefront of recent Nokia plans as the Finland based wireless device dealer
purchased Multimedia software firm Twango. The software allows users to share photos, videos and other forms of personal media.

{mosgoogle left} The software allows users across a broad range of formats access to files for the purpose of sharing, repurposing, and managing
their multimedia outlets.

The software also allows users to connect to the internet, blog, connect with other mobile devices, and use a plethora of other
web related services. Twango is also an excellent source for programmers looking to share their own content.

The push comes at a time where Nokia has introducted DVD quality phones in the N93 brand, and 5.0 mega pixel cameras, teamed with
this new software Twango and Nokia seem poised to take on Samsung who recently introduced their SGH-L760 blogging phone to the
general public, Nokia's advantage comes from their high quality picture taking phones, and their ability to continually create
phones with a vast array of technological innovations.
