Sprint Wireless Lawsuit Gives $73 Million Dollars Back To Customers |

Tuesday, July 29th 2008 -- Sprint Wireless is continuing to face adverse conditions, this time after a California court ruled that the companies early termination fees violate California state law.
The ruling judge however has said he will look to bring other national carriers before the court under similar charges that their early termination fees also violate state laws.
Sprint has two weeks to file an appeal in regards to the case.
