Verizon Files Interconnect Lawsuit Against Sprint

April 17th, 2008 -- Verizon Wireless doesn't want to wait two years for payment from Sprint Wireless. With 10 million dollars worth of Interconnect fees at stake who could blame them.

 

Verizon Wireless announced today that they have file a suit for $10 Million dollars in owed interconnect fees. They have said that the suit was filed now to speed up the process which is afforded a 2 year statute of limitations.

 

Verizon has stated that they have attempted for months to collect the owed money with no response from Sprint.
