Virgin Mobile Rolls Out New Calling Plans

Virgin Mobile plans will not start at $20 for 200 minutes, $30 will give customers 400 minutes and $50 will not purchase 1000 minutes. Each plan allows customers 30 days to use their cellular minutes. If units are not used within thirty days they will also rollover, allowing customers to accumulate up to 5000 total rollover minutes.

Aside from their calling plans, Virgin Mobile has also announced that for $5 customers can use 200 messages, while at  $10 they get 1000 messages, and for $20 unlimited messaging will be provided, the unlimited messaging also includes email and IM.

Virgin Mobile also made large strides in their post-paid plans. For $25 customers get 200 anytime minutes and 500 night/weekend minutes; at $35 they receive 300 anytime and 1000 night/weekend minutes; and for a premium of $50 customers receive 400 anytime and unlimited night/weekend minutes.

Post-paid plans receive discounted rates on messaging services, $5 will get 1000 messages and unlimited plans for messaging run at only $10 per month.
