Verizon Wireless has announced two new cell phones for their CDMA network the Motorola VU30 AKA the Motorola Rapture and the Motorola VU204. Both devices are offering GPS capabilities via VZ Navigator, and both units are clamshell based designs.

Tuesday, July 8th 2008 -- Motorola has received FCC approval for the Motorola VE20, a new clamshell device that looks similar to the KRZR series of cell phones, but provides one huge upgrade, the ability for users to use the EVDO high speed data connection. It appears that the EVDO access will be provided by Sprint which rumors show as the likely landing place for the CDMA cell phone.
