Cellubration

After a long ride over from across the pond our Blackberry Bold arrived in all of its glory today. Its a great looking Quad-Band GSm device and it has a nice strong build factor, it feels a little heavy in the hands which really helps showcase its strong build.  The buttons are well colored, and the screen and finish are both emmaculate.  I'll be testing the U.S. 3G connections, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0 + A2DP and the other cell phone features including Blackberry Maps in the next few day

Wednesday, July 23rd 2008 -- Microsoft Windows Mobile users are no longer the only ones able to send and receive Microsoft Live Messenger IM's thanks to a new application released to Blackberry users today. The IM's are sent and received via Blackberry push technology.

The new offering will allow users to log their chats, display a chat picture, take advantage of emoticons, set their availability, and send certain files to their friends while also receive certain types of files.

Wednesday - July 9th 2008 -- If internet rumors are to be believed it appears the much touted Blackberry Thunder may be delayed for an indefinite period while Research In Motion the makers of the Blackberry line worked out some pretty big kinks in the overall functionality of the mobile device.
