This week Velocity Mobile once again announced a new pocket pc device the Velocity Mobile 83. While we are still unsure how Velocity names their devices, we are sure about the specs on the new touch screen based device.

First the Mobile 83 will feature Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional, Edge and GRPS Capabilities, although 3G access will not be available, GPS, WiFi, and a pretty standard 2.8 inch screen.  The unit will also feature dual slot MicroSD card areas which is pretty rare on mobile devi
